Safe Direction® Reactive Steel Targets Basic Safety Guidelines (Refer to specific product instructions before use)
No Shotgun Slugs, Hardened or Armor Piercing (AP) Ammo
Minimum Distance from Targets:
Handgun and Shotgun targets: 8 yards
Rifle Targets: 75 yards
Spectators: 10 yards directly behind shooter.
Use only on a properly constructed range with a minimum height backstop of 25 feet
Shooters and spectators must always wear ANSI approved eye and ear protection
Wear a brimmed baseball-type hat, long sleeved shirt and full-length pants
Use protective gloves during target assembly, dis-assembly, repositioning, and maintenance
